Beginning her career in New York City selling luxury condos and co-ops, Wendy went on to sell homes in Los Angeles to a variety of clients including celebrities and Hollywood insiders. She developed an early appreciation for architecture, design, and the real estate business, inspired by her grandmother who founded and owned a boutique firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area where she grew up.

Wendy resides in Cape Elizabeth with her wife, Caroline, an expert hairstylist in South Portland. They play pickleball, hike, garden, and tend to their sweet little tuxedo cat Willow.
