Wendy’s grandmother, who founded and owned a boutique firm in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area where Wendy grew up, inspired her early appreciation for architecture, design, and the real estate business. Wendy now resides in Cape Elizabeth with her wife, Caroline, an expert hairstylist. They play pickleball, hike, garden, and tend to their sweet little tuxedo cat Willow.
