My husband and I recently purchased our first home, and had the most stellar experience working with Wendy. We genuinely didn’t know it was possible to love a realtor so much. Within a week of meeting Wendy, we worked together to put an offer on an incredible house. As is common in LA real estate, there was a very competitive bidding war, which with Wendy’s superb guidance, we won. Wendy was constantly collecting new information and doing analysis to make sure that our ask was just right (not too low, not too high). She miraculously scheduled 10 inspectors the week of Thanksgiving, negotiated off the closing price, and helped us close in 26 days — all during a global pandemic, nonetheless. Wendy is incredibly smart and honest, and was calm, responsive, and fun to work with through the entire process. To us, Wendy is superwoman.
Wendy is the best realtor we've ever worked with- a rare mix of professional, tenacious, and wonderfully easy to work with. We watched how hard she worked on our behalf, while simultaneously making things easier for us. She answered all of our questions, dumb or complicated, with charm and near encyclopedic-knowledge. We looked for a house for quite some time, and Wendy never expressed anything but determination that we would find the right home. And we did! Also please enjoy her signature floor testing move, which we have witnessed and benefitted from many times.
Wendy helped us win a competitive bidding war and got me into the house of my dreams. She was so easy to spend time with and made the home buying process as fun and chill as possible, while being extremely knowledgeable and professional. I'm a pretty indecisive person but she could feel me out and help me parse through the emotions that would come up when it was time to decide how aggressively to pursue a house. She always gave me her honest opinion but also let me know how to do the other option in a responsible way if that was what I wanted. Every step of the process was made easier by her level of experience and warm bedside manner. I recommend her to everyone!

Wendy is the picture of professionalism and how to get things done.
